Estimate your Belgian property tax
Works out the basic tax, the municipal and regional surcharges, and any reductions or grants — for Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels. Free, no account needed.
Conditions are assessed on your situation as at 1 January of the selected tax year, unless a specific rule says otherwise.
Step 1 of 6
Your property
Without a deed of division, a block of flats is taxed as a single ordinary property: one cadastral income, one calculation. With one, each unit has its own cadastral income and is calculated separately. If you are not sure, we keep a single property: the deed of division is a notarial deed and appears in your title.
Enter the cadastral income shown on your tax assessment notice. If your property has several cadastral parcels taxed separately (garage, cellar), you can add them below.
No account, no personal data: we never ask for your name, your full address, your national number or your email. Your answers are used for the calculation and are not kept.
