Property prices in your municipality
The median prices actually recorded by notaries, municipality by municipality, since 2010 — houses and apartments, compared with your Region.
Median price over time (2010–2025)
Hover the chart to read the values. The shaded band is the Q25–Q75 range: the middle 50 % of sales. A missing point = fewer than 16 sales that year; for reliability, Statbel then publishes no median.

Why not more detail?
These prices come from the deeds of sale filed by notaries and recorded at the Land Registry (FPS Finance). Those deeds carry neither the number of bedrooms nor the floor area, so it is impossible to tell apart a one-, two- or three-bedroom apartment, or a house by its square metres. The finest level the official data allows is the one shown here — the type of property (house with 2-3 façades, 4+ façades, apartment), municipality by municipality. The Q25–Q75 range shows the spread of prices for that property type in the municipality: the smaller, cheaper homes sit towards the bottom, the larger or better-located ones towards the top.
